Basic Psychological Needs

I would be there to give emotional support for the other team members in need of it. I would provide economic security by working together with my team to provide the patients with the care they need.
Sense of worth- Helping people in need gives my life meaning. I would recognition and attention to team members who were successful in completing a difficult task.
Mutually agreeable interaction with others- I work very efficiently with other people. I am very good at reaching out and making an effort to be companions with them.
Variety and new experience- I am a very adventurous person that loves to try and learn new things, challenge myself and broaden my experience.
Freedom and independence- I will do anything that I want, as long as it doesn't affect anyone in a negative way. I follow my dreams. That's why I am where I am today.
Religion and Philosophy of life – I have a very positive outlook on life. If something negative happens, I know that it will get better.
A measure of conformity – I obey all of the rules and procedures. I live up to the standards that are expected of me.
- A need to care for others – I am very passionate about helping people out. Whether I am volunteering or saving someone's life, it is not only fulfilling to me, but it gives back to the community in a large way.
